Barclay Group is a full-service, integrated real estate firm that develops, leases, and manages commercial and residential properties from large power centers to master-planned communities. The company was formed in 1982 and is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona and Palm Harbor, Florida; the managing partners are David S. Coia, Scott T. Archer, and Daniel L. Vietto. Since its inception, the firm has developed over eight million square feet of real estate and expanded throughout the Sunbelt region of the country.

Barclay began by developing neighborhood centers and single-tenant buildings anchored by Publix, Walgreens, Target, and Fry’s. The company grew in size and scale of projects with the completion of over five power centers. Barclay Group’s most notable project is the 1,000,000+ square feet Tucson Spectrum in Tucson, Arizona. Barclay has a significant presence in the retail market with over 120 completed centers and counting. The company’s niche is partnering with national tenants and assisting them in expanding into new markets.

Barclay Group is an active residential developer in the eastern region of the country. The firm has joint ventured with many national home builders such as Ryland Homes, MI Homes, Lennar Homes, KB Homes, and Taylor Morrison Homes. Barclay contributes according to our partners needs in the development process through site selection, land acquisition, entitlement, horizontal and vertical development.
